Baby Neji is too cute. No joke. He's like a little ghostie
. Don't like 9 year old Neji much. Originally it was just going to be a baggy shirt, but he's not Neji without layers, so he got a sweater vest of fugly-ness.
Grown up Neji is probably my favorite of the three designs. More skin than he's ever shown ever. It's funner that way, though, and I think he looks great. TenTen would say so too.
Like TenTen, here's Neji at ages 4, 9, 12, 16, and 20. 4, 12, and 16 are all shots from the manga I redrew and colored. 9 and 20 are designs of my own creation.
